The best result depends on the site being genuinely ready for cleaning. We confirm whether trades have finished, utilities are working, heavy debris has been removed and surfaces have cured. A staged clean can be arranged where a project needs an initial builders clean followed by a final presentation clean.

A site must be ready for the cleaning stage

Cleaning too early usually means dust settles again or trades damage finished work. Before attendance, we ask whether drilling, sanding, painting and major snagging are complete. Heavy construction waste, hazardous materials and specialist disposal should be removed by the responsible contractor unless separately agreed.

Protecting newly finished surfaces

New paint, flooring, stone, glass and fittings can be damaged by the wrong tool or chemical. We identify sensitive surfaces and test methods where necessary. Adhesive, silicone, cement, paint or plaster residue may require additional time and cannot always be removed without risk; this is discussed during the quotation.

Handover-focused presentation

The final clean concentrates on the details a client, tenant or purchaser will notice: dust on ledges, marks on doors, internal glass, cupboards, sanitaryware and floor edges. The scope can be adapted for a practical completion inspection, tenant move-in or commercial opening.
