Commercial kitchens create grease, food residue and heavy floor soil that require a planned cleaning approach. Ninjas Cleaning Ltd provides scheduled and one-off commercial kitchen cleaning across Dublin for restaurants, cafés, hospitality and workplace kitchens.

The scope distinguishes normal environmental cleaning from specialist duct, canopy, gas, electrical or food-safety work. Equipment must be safely shut down and accessible, and the client remains responsible for any technical isolation required.

A clear shutdown and access plan

Hot equipment, active cooking, deliveries and wet floors create risk. We agree when the kitchen will be available, what equipment is switched off and which areas are safe to clean.

Specialist systems are separate

Ductwork, internal extraction systems, gas appliances, electrical disassembly and certified fire-safety cleaning require appropriate specialists. We only include accessible areas and components that have been agreed as safe.

Break heavy grease into realistic tasks

Years of buildup may require staged treatment and may have permanently affected coatings or sealants. A site review allows us to prioritise the most important areas and quote sufficient labour.
